ACCOUNT & DATA DELETION

You may delete your VaccineGo account directly within the app:

1. Navigate to “Menu” in the bottom navigation.
2. Open the “Profile” section.
3. Select “Delete Account”.
4. Confirm your request.

Deleting your account removes associated data from our active systems within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable legal or operational requirements.

ORGANIZATIONAL SECURITY

We maintain internal security policies and procedures designed to protect user data.
Team members:

• are required to acknowledge security policies;

INFRASTRUCTURE & TECHNICAL SECURITY

Our services are hosted on secure cloud infrastructure providers.
Security measures include:
